To make Biryani, always use premium quality spices. Most importantly, Stone flower and fennel seeds, adds typical flavor to donne biryani, so try to use it. Whole Spices - Bay leaves, Cinnamon stick, Cloves, Mace, Fennel seeds, Shah Jeera (Caraway Seeds), Peppercorns, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Stone flower, Star Anise are used.
